In 2004 I sold my Real Estate interests in Long Beach and Pasadena California as the values had been increasing at unsustainable rates. My advice to clients and friends at that time was to take advantage of the sellers market and sell. I was also advising caution to buyers without a long term intention or ability for investing. Sure enough, by 2007, it was obvious that the California market was overheated. I moved to Dallas and now live in the East Dallas/M Streets area. I have a lot of enthusiasm for all that Dallas has to offer. Values are extremely attractive. Many properties are being offered for less than it actually cost to build. This makes for a buyers market that, in my opinion, will not last for long.
Three years in Dallas eventually lead me to find just the brokerage that I needed to take my career to the next level. David Griffin and Company has an integrity and history that I am proud to represent. In 22 years I have seen a wide variety of good and bad Real Estate Companies and Individuals. The reputation and longevity that David Griffin represents in the Dallas market speaks for itself.
Every individual should make the decision to buy or sell property based on their own needs and realistic ability to pay for that property. Speculation about future prices is a dangerous game that many people are suffering from today.
If you’re ready to invest in a home or if you find yourself needing to sell, I hope you’ll give me a call and let my experience work for you.
