Virginia Cook, Realtors & David Griffin & Company Realtors
Virginia Cook, Realtors and David Griffin & Company, Realtors share their passion for community and fine homes as the proud sponsors of The Preservation Dallas 2015 Fall Architectural Tour: Living with History on Saturday, October 31.
Every timeless residence on the tour has its own story to tell, including two Turtle Creek Boulevard estates, a stunningly intact mid-century modern, a Frank Welch design overlooking White Rock Lake, a romantic home on Lakewood Boulevard and a famous house on Colorado Boulevard.
"This is a phenomenal line up of properties, and the limited number of tickets available is going fast," said David Griffin, founder of David Griffin & Company, a division of Virginia Cook, Realtors.
General tour tickets include six houses and are $50. But for a real treat on this Halloween outing, spring for the $100 patron tour ticket and enjoy an additional tour house on Park Lane. You’ll also get to be a guest of honor at the Patron Party, held at David Griffin’s very own showcase home in Kessler Woods on October 28.
"The opportunity to support this ‘always-anticipated’ event is a real honor," said CEO Virginia Cook, who also donated the impressive design work for the tour's advertising and program created by her corporate marketing team.
In addition to corporate support, several associates are House Sponsors including: Angela Downes and Ed Murchison of Virginia Cook Realtors, and Sam Saladino, Diane Sherman and Robert Kucharski of David Griffin & Company, Realtors.
