An architect by education, her career span of 15 years in Los Angeles and Dallas encompasses design of numerous high-end custom homes, multi-million dollar international hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Some of her notable projects include the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen in China, the Sands Cotai development in Macao, the Ritz-Carlton Mumbai in India, and the Nile Corniche development in Egypt.
As an architectural designer, she excelled in effectively communicating with her clients to create and deliver original and sophisticated solutions to their design needs. Her international experience and appreciation for diversity allow her to easily bridge the gaps, make connections, and offer a unique and valuable vision.
Golnar left architecture in 2009 to pursue her interest in real estate and financial markets for investment and income. She found both fields to be educational, exciting, and rewarding.
She joined David Griffin & Company in 2016 because she shares David's passion for refined design and his commitment to superior service. For Golnar, real estate is a field where she combines all of her talents and experiences together to create value for her clients.
Golnar holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University, and a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management from Cornell University.
